Meet 100% New Zealand owned and operated IGNZ, your all-Kiwi supplier of compressed gases, making gas supply a breeze. With an experienced team who’ve been in the Gas industry for decades so we know what we’re doing! We are proud that we’ve grown so quickly, responding to demand in industrial gases and more recently, adding bulk LCO2 and LPG (liquid petroleum gas).
Customer feedback tells us that we provide better quality cylinders and equipment – testimony to our impeccable reputation. Recently, in response to demand for IGNZ, we’ve opened a brand-new, modern cylinder filling plant & facility. This means we can now offer so many more exciting welding and beverage gas mixes to meet our customers’ needs.

That's not all – with IGNZ, we give our customers a choice. You can either buy and swap through our Eziswap Gas network or rent with us.
In the beginning and early years...
Eziswap Gas has been operating in the industrial gases industry in New Zealand since 2009. The company has grown its network to around 60 strategically located distribution partners across the country providing customers with industrial and food grade gases
such as; Argon, Argon mix gases, CO2, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Helium and Acetylene. Eziswap Gas operates a nationwide industrial gas swap system as its retail model whereby a customer purchases a cylinder and then subsequently swaps out their empty cylinder for
a full one at anyone of Eziswap Gases retail locations throughout New Zealand, only paying a swap fee from that point on.

2019 Acquisition

In 2019, the company was acquired by Industrial Gases New Zealand (IGNZ) and expanded its reach to target substantial business customers, supplying larger industrial and hospitality businesses through to major corporate clients. IGNZ’s entrance into this
market has been well received by customers and the company has seen strong growth in the business-to-business market over the last four or five years.

From 2021 to Present Day
​
During 2021, IGNZ expanded its product offering to include the supply of bulk liquid gases and now supplies to major New Zealand food and beverage producers and industrial customers. While the company still trades through its retail distribution channels as Eziswap Gas, IGNZ has continued growth and has future aspirations in the larger business to business and corporate markets.
IGNZ works on a traditional company-owned assets and charges customers for gases delivered and or consumed.
